日光では現在（4/13～17）、弥生祭というお祭りが行われています。

花家体（はなやたい）と呼ばれるおみこしが各町から神社へと移動するなど、地域を挙げてのお祭りで、1200年あまり続いているそうです。

17日の例大祭の日は高井家も休業となり、お料理を作って届けるなど、お祭りのお手伝いをさせていただきます。お客さんとしてお祭りのすべてを見ることができないのは残念ですが、一緒にお祭りに参加させていただくのは光栄ですね。

ということで、高井家は料理屋ですが、実は、お弁当のご注文を受けることもあるのです。写真は今日、ご注文を受けてお届けしたお弁当。お祝いの席ということでお赤飯です。

お正月にはおせちもお作りしています。名物「虹鱒の燻し焼」の地方発送もしております。

いずれ、それらのご紹介もさせていただこうと思います。

Yayoisai (Spring Festival of shrine) is being held April 13 to 17.

This festival is 1200 years old now.

We will close our restaurant and join it as the part of host, for example cook and deriver dishes. It's unlucky for me that I can't see all of the festival as a guest, and it's lucky I can entertain guests.

So now, I introduce you another part of our business except welcoming at the restaurant, making Bento (boxed lunch). The picture is today's Bento. We prepared Sekihan (steamed rice with red beans) because the request was meals for celebratory occasions and Sekihan is common food for celebration.

For the New Year's Day, we offer Osechi box (traditional special food for the New Years Day). And we send our speciality "smoked rainbow trout" to order.
