高井家の庭のアカヤシオ（ヤシオツツジ）が満開になりました。辯天様も、ポカポカ陽気に喜んでいるようです。
Akayashio tree (Rhododendron) in the Takaiya garden is now in full bloom. Benten-sama (the Goddess of art and knowledge) seems to be pleased with the warm weather.

九代目は、日光消防団長を拝命しました。六代目の祥太郎も初代消防団長として長くお勤めしましたが、九代目も、ますます日光の安心と安全を守れるよう尽力して参ります。
暖かくなり、高井家の庭でも、ミズバショウ、カタクリ、ショウジョウバカマなど、春の花が顔を出し始めました。メダカや金魚も嬉しそうに泳いでいます。
As the weather gets warmer, spring flowers such as Mizubasho (Lysichiton) , Katakuri (Erythronium japonicum) and Shojobakama (Japanese hyacinth) have started to bloom in Takaiya garden. Medaka fish and goldfish are swimming happily.
Comme il fait de plus en plus chaud, les fleurs printanières telles que le Mizubasho (Lysichiton) , le Katakuri (Erythronium japonicum) et le Shojobakama (Japanese hyacinth) ont commencé à fleurir dans le jardin Takaiya. Les poissons Medaka et les poissons rouges nagent joyeusement.
日光市土呂部の清らかな水で育った日光大滝サーモンは、酢味噌にもよく合います。今回は、桜の器と一緒です。高井家名物の虹鱒の燻製は、燻したてでお召し上がりください。
Nikko Otaki Salmon, grown in the clear waters of Dorobu, Nikko, goes very well with vinegared miso. This time it is served with a cherry blossom bowl. Please also try the smoked rainbow trout, a speciality of Takaiya.
Le Saumon Otaki de Nikko, élevé dans les eaux claires de Dorobu, Nikko, se marie très bien avec le miso vinaigré. Cette fois, il est servi avec un bol de fleurs de cerisier. Veuillez également essayer la truite arc-en-ciel fumée, une spécialité de Takaiya.
