2013/4/2(Tue) 強飯式

今日は、日光の輪王寺で「強飯式」という行事がありました。

毎年４月２日に行われていて、起源は奈良時代、霊山として開かれた日光山で修行をした山伏たちが、お供物を里の人々に分け与えたことだそうです。ざっくり申し上げますと、いわゆる“昔話ごはん”と言われるような山盛りご飯を「食え～食え～」と責められ、食べきるとご利益があるというような…。由緒正しい式典なのですが、わかりやすくまとめるのが下手ですみません。

高井家には、この強飯式を描いた掛軸があり、客室に飾っております。慶応四年、とありますのでつまりは明治元年、1868年。いまから145年前ですね。

斬切り頭で蕎麦を打っていたのかしら・・・と、当時の高井家に思いを馳せる若女将（1983年生まれ）でございます。

Today, April 2nd, Rinnoji temple took place Gohansiki it comes from Nara period (7th century). People who pray god their fortune be forced to eat a heaped rice becouse it stem from that monks give altarages to local people.

Have a look this photo, drawing Gohansiki at 1868. I ("WAKA OKAMI" junior proprietresses), was born at 1983, think of... on that time, the family head of Takaiya may made Soba with short-cutted hear without CHONMAGE (topknot hearstyle)....
